No video with chromecast

Have audio on TV but no picture.  Works good selecting amps looking at pictures etc but when I try to watch videos there is sound but no picture

I'm sorry to hear you're not getting any video! It's hard to watch a movie with sounds alone, so I'd be happy to help you out. Let me just ask you a few questions to better understand what's going on:

• Does this occur on one app, or all apps?
• Does this occur when casting from another device?
• Have you tried plugging in the Chromecast into a different HDMI?
• Have you tried plugging in the Chromecast into a different TV?
