Trying to log onto optus sport through the app on chromecast, but it won't let us log in. Log in details are correct. A message just keeps flashing up saying error. It also won't issue a code for us to be able to type it in via phone. Any suggestions appreciated

To confirm, are you also unable to log in on the Optus Sport app on your mobile phone? What exact message are you getting? Is your device a Chromecast with Google TV? If yes, is it a 4K or HD model?
I've checked the Optus website and found the steps below. Give it a try!
