Plus de Dolby Vision depuis la dernière mise à jour

Bonjour,

j'ai exactement le même souci que cet utilisateur : https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Chromecast/Dolby-Vision-is-not-working-no-matter-what/m-p/584...

Depuis une récente mise à jour de mon CCwGtv, il ne diffuse plus de contenus en Dolby Vision. Avant la mise à jour, les contenus Netflix, Disney+ ou Apple TV préposés en Dolby Vision étaient correctement diffusés (le logo Dolby Vision apparaissait quelques secondes au début). Depuis la mise à jour, plus aucun contenu, quelle que soit l'appli utilisée n'est diffusée en Dolby Vision.

Le problème vient du CCwGtv car j'ai branché un Nvidia TV Stick sur le même port HDMI et les contenus sont bien diffusés en Dolby Vision. Idem via les applis natives de ma TV : le contenu est bien diffusé en Dolby Vision.

J'ai réinitialisé mon CCwGtv : le problème est toujours présent. J'ai essayé sur un autre port HDMI, pareil. Je ne sais plus quoi faire...

J'ai une TV 4K Philips 65PUS7855. A noter : HDR et HDR+ marchent parfaitement.

Que puis-je faire pour que mon CCwGtv diffuse de nouveau en Dolby Vision ?

Since a recent update of my CCwGtv, it no longer broadcasts Dolby Vision content. Before the update, Netflix, Disney + or Apple TV content using Dolby Vision was correctly broadcast (the Dolby Vision logo appeared a few seconds at the start). Since the update, no more content, regardless of the app used, is broadcast in Dolby Vision.

The problem comes from the CCwGtv because I connected an Nvidia TV Stick to the same HDMI port and the contents are broadcast in Dolby Vision. Ditto via the native apps on my TV: the content is broadcast in Dolby Vision.

I reset my CCwGtv: the problem is still present. I tried on another HDMI port, same. I do not know what to do...

I have a Philips 65PUS78############K TV. Note: HDR and HDR + work perfectly.

What can I do to get my CCwGtv to broadcast in Dolby Vision again?

Hi ! 

Everything is ok since i update the TV firmware.

A previous TV update has turned thé DV off on HDMI 😭

Things are ok now ! Enjoy !

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Dolby Vision issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know troubleshooting this in particular has been a pain point for users. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
  • Have you already enabled Dolby Vision on the Philips TV?
  • Have you attempted a factory reset on the Chromecast?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
