Presenting google slides from an i pad

I am trying to present a slideshow from my i pad. It wont let me cast it while also having the slides timed.

• What app are you using in casting your slideshow?
• What Chromecast device do you have?
• Is the cast icon missing or the option to choose your Chromecast device?
• Was it working before?
