Problems while casting from Android phone

Hello everybody! Trying to cast from my android phone (YouTube app) and having a problem: my phone just can't connect to the chromecast anymore, loading for a while, the nothing happens. Then, while trying to cast screen of my phone from Google Home app, I'm getting following message (translated from Russian): "The device "Front room" wasn't found in this wi-fi network. Make sure it connected to the internet and your smartphone connected to the same network".

Still, when I look at my wifi-router web-interface, I can see both devices (my phone and chromecast) connected to the same network (2.4 Hz). Stranger still, the other phone in the household having none at all problems connecting to chromecast. I'm just lost, thank you everybody in advance...

Toggle the phone's WiFi connection off and on.

Reboot the phone, if necessary.
