Problems with Chromecast 2

Hello.I have Chromecast 2 and i have a situation with it.(1) The first three months was ok...after three months the mirroring wasn't good and still isn't.It stuck all the time and i can't see anything.Its like i don't have internet and it stops with a frozen screen and when it captures internet start again...the thing is that I have internet in my house and the screen of my phone shows perfect...only the my tv not showing.(2) The screen cast is ok from what u see but it has problems with the subtitle.Sometimes it doesn't showing at all and sometimes it has with time difference.The speech i way more ahead from the subtitles.And when I'm trying to fix it wth the futures that it has the site I'm casting... making it worst.So i have Chromecast about a year and i Have to reset it all the time and sync it again with all the things I have to sync it  for 2 days or 3 to see what i want normal and after 3 days.... here we go again..!What shall I do.It doesn't need update.It has the latest version.
