Remote Control for Chromecast TV batteries dies after about 1 week after replacement.
When I put in any make of battery they only last 7 to 10 days.
I purchased the system from the google store in November 2020 and it was delivered on the 27 of November 2020.
Can I get a replacement for the remote under warranty?

That's really odd, I have the Google tv Chromecast , use it daily and have yet to replace the batteries (had it about a year).
Question, is the remote sticky ? Is it possible a button is being pressed constantly which is causing the battery drain ? Also are you using high quality batteries ?
