Welcome to the Chromecast Community Forum! That is an interesting observation, I wonder if this is a bug or if it was intentional. Regardless, you have the time, would you be able to re-create the issue, then submit feedback via Google TV? That way, if any error logs are created, they will be sent to the Chromecast engineering team.
