Nothing happened when I set up do I need to setup again and how as I have already used my email for the app

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about what's happening so we can sort this thing out.

  • What type of Chromecast do you have?
  • What's the LED light status in your Chromecast?
  • When you say nothing happened when you set up your device, did you get any messages or is the setup unsuccessful?
  • If the setup is successful, are you unable to cast videos from the Chromecast-enabled app on your phone to your TV?
