Samsung Frame TV Chromecast issue

BT

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my Chromecast to me new Samsung Frame TV through the oneconnect box however the tv does not recognise the Chromecast as it says there is no signal?

I then set up the Chromecast on my other tv which is an LG then plugged it back into my Samsung but nothing is found?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

I've figured out the problem. The Samsung tv has the oneconnect box and thin "invisible" cable connecting the box to the tv which was a replacement to the original after my dog chewed through it! The replacement cable was not the correct specification so although was able to give tv signal and picture it was not able to send any HDMI signal.

I've got the correct cable and solved the issue.

Thanks

Do you use the original power supply of the device?
