Can't find CC dongle on Bluetooth pairing...??

Btw, is there one that does..?  
 
And how do I 'reboot' CC3..?  The directions don't work.....I don't get "More settings/Reboot"...?!?

To reboot, simply unplug it from the main power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.

To reset - while the Chromecast is plugged into the TV, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast. The LED will begin blinking orange. When the LED light turns white, release the button and the Chromecast will then restart.

If you want Bluetooth audio support, Chromecast with Google TV 4K is the one.
