Shows unavailable

My Google Chrome says that some shows are unavailable. Other shows have horizontal lines in them.

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? What app are you using to watch some shows? Is this working previously? Please reboot your Chromecast and reinstall the affected app.
