Smart TV

So I have a smart TV with Chromecast built-in to it and it stopped working but all the sudden it was working just fine I don’t know what else to do I’ve tried unplugging I’ve tried different things I’ve tried different networks I’ve tried connecting to the same network with different devices I don’t know what else to do I have an actual Chromecast device and it’s actually my mothers connected to her network and it’s not working at all because it won’t let me connect to my own network so that won’t work so I’m lost

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, is your TV with Chromecast built-in and Chromecast dongle not working? If the issue is with your TV with Chromecast built-in, please reach out to your TV manufacturer for further assistance. On the other hand, if the Chromecast dongle doesn't connect to the network, please try to reboot it and uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app. Resetting the Chromecast might also help.
