Some thing disconnected with my TV and Chromecast on phone

I don’t even know if anyone can help me but I was using my smart TV Samsung and had it connected to Chromecast on my phone which is Apple and now it’s not available to connect. I’m not given the option to connect to my television in the living room can anyone help me? Apple refused to help me because it’s Chromecast. Thanks ############ – Judith

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Chromecast and iOS devices. Let's sort this out. 

 

A few questions — are you getting any messages when reconnecting your Chromecast to the network using your iPhone? What type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the iOS version of your iPhone?
