When casting Dancing with the Stars , which is live on Disney+, the subtitles are on the tv screen. They are not enabled on the phone, app, or tv. They do not appear on any other movie or show.
I called Apple, Disney +, and they said contact Google. What is the problem?.

Yes. I still need help. I needed an update on my phone and i thought if it was updated, the problem would stop. But the subtitles are still on the screen. Subtitles are turned off in my tv, on the Disney app, and on my iphone settings.

neteisme, we're sorry for the late response. Do you still need help? If yes, could you try to clear the cache and data of the Disney+ app then reinstall it? Rebooting your Chromecast and mobile device might also help.
