Support for Dolby Atmos

My TV supports Dolby Atmos, and I see Dolby Atmos on some Movies on Netflix

But when I play them, I only see the Dolby Digital signal. Is there a way of forcing Dolby Atmos?

Does your TV model support Dolby Atmos over HDMI? No every manufacturer support this feature.

In your Chromecast audio settings have you checked Dolby Atmos?

Is your Netflix subscription for Ultra HD content?

Set your Netflix profile playback quality to "high". If it is set on "default", you may have to wait a bit for the speed to reach a high level.

Is your network capable of at least 3 Mbit?

Yes to both.

I don't have a problem when I play the content from the Netflix app on the TV.
