Sync between two Chromecasts - one picture, one sound

Hello, I'm trying to work out how to synchronise a projector (new, latest technology) with an older PA amplifier system. The projector will take web content (imagine a YouTube clip of a band)  via a Chromecast, plugged in to its HDMI input port. Separately the PA amplifier has its own Chromecast plugged in to the RCA sockets (using an HDMI to RCA converter). All on the same wi-fi, of course. Can this second Chromecast pick up the web content transmitted by the first one, and in sync ?

Hi Andrew101,

Thanks for posting. The Chromecast devices are designed to work on a TV. You can try to connect it to a projector and proceed with the setup that you want however, please be advised that this may or may not work.

Thanks for your note.

I am still doing tests.  I have successfully connected the new-generation Chromecast with HDMI output to the audio amp via an HDMI to RCA converter but I've not yet done a cast from one Chromecast to another as I'm yet to acquire the projector with HDMI input.
