Unable to cast any tabs

I have used this just fine for several years without problems! Now all at once I can’t cast any tabs but casting desktop works. 
Help please!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's check on this further.

 

A few questions:

  1. When did the issue start?
  2. What type of Chromecast device do you have?
  3. What's the make and model of your computer/laptop?
  4. What Operating System (OS) do you use?

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you have an updated OS and Chrome browser as certain operating system settings and installed applications can conflict with the use of the Chromecast device. 
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Chrome browser.
  3. Reboot your computer/laptop.
  4. Reboot your 
  5. Reboot your Chromecast.
  6. Factory reset your Chromecast.
  7. Download Chrome Canary and test.
