GoogleTV unable to connect to Disney+ even after factory reset

Disney+ App version: 2.2.0-rc5

Chromecast Android TV version: 10

Kernel version: 4.9.180

Thank you for following up on this

 

I was able to fix the issue by rebooting my internet router

 

Disney+ did not work on Android mobile, Xbox, or Chrome cast

 

Disney app version 2.2.0-rc5(2111010)
