Unable to connect

Had my stadia for Google chromcast for a couple months. Went on holiday recently and obviously had to change WiFi settings. Just came back tried to reconnect but I am now unable to do so. I decided to delete the chromcast from Google home and reconnect it but that won't work either. 

I have restarted both my phone, chromecast and WiFi router a few times but still nothing works. Tried to reset it using my stadia controller to see if I could do it that way and still nothing. I've made sure that my WiFi password is correct and even tried it on my old phone but still no luck.

Any other recommendations?
