Unable to turn on agsin the share control notification on my android mobile phone.

Hi,

I have multiple devices connected on same wifi. I have cast a YouTube as example to my television from device A. On device B there is a notification coming. 

If I click on cross ×icon besides a keyword silent. The notification disappears.

Issue is I am unable to get the same notification back. How to get it?

I have tried all possible options with Google support. Seems to be a bug. Any help
