Volume control

When I’m streaming via Chromecast with Google TV, the volume is much lower than when I go directly via my smart TV. Sometimes I can’t even hear it.

I apologize for the late response and thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that radio issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you figure this out. Now, does this occur on any specific app or on all apps? If turning up the volume on the Chromecast Voice Remote doesn't help, try using your TV remote to turn up the volume. You can also ask the Google Assistant using the Voice Remote to raise the volume.
