Wi-Fi not found in chrome cat

Hello guys I have a chrome cast and the device can’t find my Wi-Fi network name also in the google home app, if you have any solution please send me thank you have a nice day.

I'm assuming your other devices are connected to your Wifi normally? Is your Wifi a hidden network?

Yes my other devices can found my Wi-Fi , No my network is not hidden , I’ve changed my password past few days and then when I tried to put the new password it didn’t connect so, I tried to restart the cast and login again from the beginning but it doesn’t show up my Wi-Fi name any more … the same issue happened in google home app and I deleted it and installed again but nothing happened, the point is that the cast and google home can’t show my Wi-Fi network name. Thank you

The next thing to do would be to factory reset your Chromecast, then set it up again using your new Wi-Fi network password. If you're using Chromecast with Google TV, follow these setup steps instead.

Instead of factory resetting your Chromecast, if you're comfortable changing your router settings, you could change your Wi-Fi network password back to what it was previously in your router's settings. Your Chromecast should then automatically connect to the Wi-Fi.
