Will not connect to google account

Hi all 👋 

I am getting error message on both google home app on phone and TV when trying to sign in with my google email address when prompted. I'm signing in with finger print and also tried pin as that is the only options it is giving me. both failed. Help please...

Hi Mylilly,

Thanks for reaching out. The fingerprint or pin option should be done on your phone. Please try to allow it on your phone once you receive the prompts. Also, if your account has a restriction, please disable it and try to check if the setup will push through. Using a different Google Account to isolate the issue might also help.
