First let me say I have already gone through "troubleshooting" for Google Home and YouTube and YouTube Music. My playlists are working perfect on both Computer and Android device. When using either YouTube Music inside CCWGTV or the YouTube Music App I can download with my LG TV, about half of the playlists show the song count at the top with the Title of the Playlist, but you get a message saying the Playlist has no contents. If a playlist has only albums in it, I can sort YTM by the album and things are all there. They are not in the Playlist on any YTM TV app. Again playlists on other devices are working perfect but not on ANY TV app. Does anyone have this issue or know of a fix?
Thanks for reaching out. You may try to reboot your Chromecast and your LG TV. Clearing the cache and data and reinstalling the affected apps might also help. Also, since the issue is happening on both your TV and Chromecast with Google TV, please reach out to YouTube for further help.
I'm sorry for the late response. Have you tried resetting your Chromecast and check if the same issue persists? Have you reached out with YouTube Music and checked about this issue? Also, if you could also provide a rundown of all the steps that you've already tried, I would appreciate it.
Yes I have reset 2 different Chromecast devices, regular and my new Chrome with Google TV. The brand new GoogeTV had the issue right out of the box but I reset it anyway after you guys asked me to do it. Again this issue is also on my new LG TV YouTube Music app brand new TV. There is no issue with YTM on my phone or my computer. I can even cast these playlists from my phone and computer TO my TVs and they are fine. I will repeat for the 5th time at least there is a BUG with the YTM TV App. Here is a picture of one of my playlists on the TV app. As you see under the title there are views and songs but no contents to play ONLY on the TV.
