I have a Chromecast that has the Google TV UI already installed on it. The whole reason I bought it was so that I could replace my satellite TV and have purely streaming services from my TV. For months now everything has worked flawlessly and I have had practically no issues at all and been overly satisfied with my purchase, even recommending it to most.
However, recently a problem has popped up where every time I try to play a YouTube video, the video will play for a few minutes, and then randomly it will pause and after that, the app will close and return to the Chromecast home screen.
Now, at first, I merely saw this as a minor inconvenience and contacted support as soon as I saw a problem. However, I have bounced between three different support personnel, with each of them unable to give me a solution to the problem. I have tried every troubleshooting option the support people have told me and none of them have worked. Overall, I have tried to be very understanding and patient about the situation considering i am a major advocate of Google products as a whole. Furthermore, I must say, I am marginally dissatisfied with the help i have received, especially considering the problem is still not resolved.

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
