Cannot play 4k video files on Google TV with chromecast

I am using VLC (but problems happens with any player)I can play a local file that is HD. But I cannot play a local 4k file (very slow)Is file playing not supported? Or is the device not powerful enough?

Google cast not working

i have integrated google cast sdk and tried to cast it from device to TV. It doesn't work. It only works when casting before the movie plays. I need tyour suggestion on this.Thanks

Can I set up my Chromecast TV using my google email, but redeem my Netflix credit that is linked to a different email account? Or do I have to set up my Chromecast TV using the same account that is already linked to my Netflix account?
