blue hazy screen on all internet channels, audio is perfect.

The screens on all internet apps is a blue hazy screen. unsure what is causing it or how to fix it. Not sure what gen of chrome cast I have.The labels option I am unsure about.

Thanks for reaching out. Please try the steps below and let me know how it goes:

 

  1. Reboot your Chromecast.
  2. On the mobile device, close and reopen all cast-supported applications.
  3. Open a different cast-supported app and cast a different video.
  4. Try to use the Chromecast with another TV or High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) display, if possible.
