Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast. Let's sort this out.
Quick question: Are there any changes in your Wi-Fi network? Please reboot your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your Chromecast and set it up again.
