chromecast with google tv its not recognized by my samsung tv

Hello!

I just bought the chromecast with google tv and it doesn't work. when I connect to my TV HDMI a message appears: " the resolution is not supported". My samsung TV is from 2010, model LN46C530, but until yesterday I used it normally with the chromecast generation 1.

Anybody with the same problem?

Hi taylocs,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try to plug the Chromecast with Google TV on a different HDMI port on your TV and test? Plugging it on a different TV screen might also help.

YES, i did that, i plug on my computer monitor and then plug it again on my samsung tv and it works 🙂
