We had chromecast working, but we had to reset our router now it says chromecast cannot connect to the internet, Wehave tried resetting it but it won't connect to the net. How can we fix this?

If you reset your router, change the default WiFi password to the same password used before you reset it.

Also, if necessary, rename the router to the same name it had before you reset it.

Alternatively, hard reset the Chromecast device and perform the entire setup procedure.
