mini with chromecast

I've control TV on and off with google mini and chromecast. however suddenly it is not worlking. I set up again several times but mini said can't control TV, ask TV manufacturer strange things... when I ask turn on nexflex (voice control) it works! Just turn and on/off do not work. How can I fix this trouble?

• What version of Google Home are you using?
• Does it work when you use a different Assistant, such as the one on your phone?

I am using Google mini. connecting with Chrome cast on and off problem start few weeks ago once after disconnected internet. It still do not work not only on&off but also voice control youtube, sometimes mini do not listen or ignore what I said. working with phone fine but rarely use it. I am mostly use voice control. I reset several times but it was useless.

Of course! I'd be more than happy to help figure out what's happening with that assistant. First, I would recommend you check out this article on turning on and off your TV using a speaker. It will explain what settings you need for that function to work, and there is also a section at the bottom of the article called Fix a problem.
