When I select Google photos in Vizio ambient mode, the album that I select does not display. Keeps defaulting back to the art photos

Hey there norm,
I'm sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that Ambient Mode issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran

Jeran,
Thank you for responding.
1. The problem started new from box. Bought the TV mainly to use to display photos.
2. Google home version 2.44.1.8
3. Using built-in Chromecast on Vizio. Also tried separate chromecast plugged into HDMI - same issue occurred
4. Have rebooted all devices. Tried selecting different folders to view on ambient mode from my Google photos. Also, as mentioned, tried different Chromecast.
I am just unable to get the ambient mode to change to display Google photos, even though that is what I select in the Ambient mode settings in the Google Home app.

Hey there norm,
Thanks for getting back to us! It looks like this has been an issue in the past for Google TV in particular. Would you be able to re-create the issue, then submit feedback via the Google Home app, so the engineering team can take a look into this issue? If you are able to, you can also look at that previous thread and see if the fixes they tried will work for you as well.
Best regards,
Jeran
