Nest Hub not displaying all pictures in Google Photo album

Hi There,

 I'm unable to make the Hub display all of the photos in my chosen albums.

But my chromecast is showing all the photos.

Could you please advise why nest Hub is not showing all the pictures i added in the album?

Hey gauravmadaan,

I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble getting all of your photos to show on your Nest Hub. Let's jump in and see if we can get all of those to show as intended. There is a chance you may have removed some photos on accident. I would double-check the photo albums you have by following the steps below.

• Home app:
  1. Open the Home app, then tap your Nest display.
  2. Tap Settings   Photo Frame  Google Photos.
  3. Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.
• Nest display:
  1. Say 'Hey Google, change Photo Frame'.
  2. Tap Google Photos.
  3. Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.

If the photos you are missing are in your albums, there could be a chance you may have archived some of your photos. I would follow the link here, as it should help you unarchive those to be shown on the device. Please let me know if that worked, as I want to ensure you are good to go.

Hi Jake,

No still not displaying all the photos from the album.

Same album is being used via chromecast on my tv and displays all the pictures.
