No routine option observed in the home app

 I am very much new to Google home app and I am unable to see routine settings.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Routines, I can imagine it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

Would you mind letting me know what country you're in?

Routines are only supported in certain countries and it may not be a country that you are in.
