Hi there, I have a 3 gang Smart Life light switch set up in my bedroom, and the same one in my sisters. We both have google home assistants, and when we first got them and set them up, the assistant worked perfectly in tandem with the light switches. Every one. Even with routines, they always work perfectly, and still do. But, one of the switches is not working. When I ask it to turn on this switch, it says 'one or more devices is not available, please try setting it up again', but all the other switches work fine. Same case for my sister. I have tried numerous times to reset them through google home and smart life, and I even tried resetting the account, unlinking, factory resetting, everything. The one switch still does not work. How can I fix this? The light switched are like 2 weeks old. Straight out of the box. Thanks!

Hey there,
I'm so sorry to hear about the issues that you're having when trying to set up your devices as I'm sure it can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you.
Would you mind letting me know what is giving you the error message? Is that in the Home app or someplace else?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
