If i understand your question...of course!
Do you already own the Nest products? Are you buying new? The newer Nest products only use Google Home whereas the older ones require the Nest app, but can be integrated into Google Home. Regardless if the device is integrated into Google Home you should be set.
It would probably be best to have Google Home setup with two homes - one for your 2nd property and 1 for your primary residence. In the Google Home app, change homes depending on which you want to control. Everything that appears in Google Home can be controlled from anywhere that you have internet access.
