As of two days ago, everything nest related show as being offline (protects, thermostats, door locks). I’ve done the WiFi refresh via nest app, I’ve restarted devices, I’ve deleted devices and reinstalled and still showing offline and I can not interact with them through the app. The cameras only work with the Google home app but nothing else will. I can’t get a key to re add the thermostat either! Not sure what else to try.
