I am not sure if i am missing something or if something is broken. I want to setup an automation that plays a sirius xm station on a speaker group every morning.
When i make the automation i set the time as the starter. action is "play the highway on the homegroup". the issue is the "configuration" drop down. previously i thought this was just the device that initiated the automation. but it looks like now it is saying to play on that device and overriding the request to "play on home group":
When i run the automation, it only plays music on the device selected in the dropdown.
The issue is that my speaker group does not show in that drop down. but if i make a new group, that group shows up and i can select it, but when i test the automation, the setting changes to a random device and the group no longer shows in the drop down and only plays music on that random speaker.
Is this a limitation of automations? or is something broken?
