Away routine doesn't activate until 1 hour after phones are away

We have the away routine activated with presence sensing based on two phone locations. The away routine takes about 1 hour after both of our phones have left.

For example, our logs may show:

• Phone 1 left at 9:30am
• Phone 2 left at 9:30am
• Home sent to away at 10:20am.

How can we get it so that the away routine activates within a reasonable time of leaving, like 5 minutes?

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: have you made any changes to your routines recently?  What phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Have you made sure that your app is updated, and your devices are all up to date on their software? What steps have you taken so far?
