Unable to Broadcast to just One Device or Room

Hi there,  This feature of broadcasting to a particular device used to work fine and go to the room I sent it to, but since adding some more devices in each room I cannot broadcast to one device without the broadcast going to all rooms and devises? 

I have followed the command exactly Say "Hey Google," then: "Broadcast to [room name] then the [message]." "Broadcast to [device name] then the [message]." 

I believe there must have been a software update as the device would ask "what's your message?" which it no longer does - hence the s/w must have changed - but doesn't work now!

Every time it sends both the 'message AND room name' to all devices at the same time e.g "Study lunch is ready"?? Instead of sending it to the Study and saying "Lunch is ready"

Its appears that it does not understand the individual rooms, and assumes its a site wide broadcast - BUT in 'Google Home' they are all individual and the correct device in the right room throughout the house - AND it used toi work!!.

Its very frustrating!! PLEASE Help!

BTW the 'AI' fully understands my voice so its not a verbal/voice issue, and the same for any of my friends or family say that command.

Hi Guys, I phoned the Google Nest support line yesterday, and this is a know issue currently being worked on. As if by magic it looks like a fix came out overnight and all working now! Thank you Google 🙂
