Can't call into my Google Nest Hub 2nd gen when Linked with call Provider (Telstra Australia)

I'm just posting cause I'm having exactly the same issue reported here

As soon as I linked my Mobile provider, Telstra Australia, I can only make call out (i.e. from my Google Nest Hub 2nd gen to my phone), but I cannot make call in (i.e. call my home devices on my mobile phone)

Unlinked my call providers then Duo worked again both way

Not sure how can I report it as a bug to developers?

Was it working before? Are you getting any message when trying to make a call? Since you already isolated the case, could you try resetting your Google Nest Hub to its default settings?

Well, I was just unboxing it and setting it up for the first time.

When I link my Provider (Telstra), I can only make calls out. When I unlink, calls in work again. I have tried linking/unlinking my provider many times and every time the issue appeared/disappeared.

It's quite clear that something is not right, and developers would need to have a look at it. The reproduction steps are quite straight forward.

For now I've just refrained from linking call provider and just use Duo over internet.
