I have a freezer for business that I would like to put a camera into so that I can monitor the product we are selling on display for the customers. I don't think the top of the freezer area will be colder than -8 or -9 but just in case the temperature goes to -20 I'm wondering if the camera would die or can survive and still work?

We have a 2nd gen Google Nest Battery Camera--plugged in with the optional power cable--mounted outside on our house since Sept. 2021 and it's stayed online with winter temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit. We also have a 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Camera that's stayed online in our detached garage for 3 years.
The official specs list an "Operating temperature: -4°F to 104°F (-20°C - 40°C)".
