I have the nest floodlight which are not compatible with the nest app. I got the nest aware with 24/7 recording for 10 days saved. How in the world is literally no option to download anything outside of an "event"? What is even the point of 24/7 recording if you can't save anything outside of an event. I see a person walking outside on my yard and because the camera didn't consider this an "event" I tough out of luck.
My understanding is that the nest app has this. And just about any security software has it, because it's such a basic feature. Why even make it incompatible with the nest app if you're not going to get the headcount to implement such a straightforward feature? So many questions.
