How can I change default sunrise alarm tone on google nest hub 2nd gen

You can always change the alarm tone when you create an alarm. However, if you mean to change the pre-alarm tone under the Sunrise alarm, then there's no option for that yet. We can have this as a feature request and I'll pass this along to our team. I also suggest sending feedback to our product team about this.
