I have two chromcasts at home. Yesterday, both of them stopped working.
They showed "offline" on Home app.
I tried "factory reset", "reinstalling Home app" and "rebooting the router" but nothing seems to work.
Right now, it finds the chromcast but "can't communicate to the chromcast"
PLEASE let me know if there is any solution for this.

Its not you its Google the certificate in your from cast is to old google for gotten to uppdatering it in time Big news today they ar working on it… no eta

Dobrý den. Mám stejný problém od včerejška. V home zařízení Chromecast vyhledá a když chci připojit tak mi to furt píše že nelze se zařízením komunikovat nebo něco podobného. Už nevím čím by to mohlo být. Do včerejška nebyl nikdy žádný problém. Budu ráda za každé rady. Děkuji

This happened to mine over 6 months ago, they don't care, numerous tickets raised for support, no resolution, to replies to emails, they say it's do to with the Chromecasts themselves when it's evidently the Google home app. Devices with fine otherwise. Come on Google, pull your finger out, your a disgrace
