Chromecast Nao funciona depois que redefinir de fabrica

Bom dia, gostaria de ajuda para configurar meu chromecast, depois que fiz a redefinição de fabrica não funcionou mais, vi que era um problema global. É que já foi solucionado, mau pra mim continua o mesmo problema sem acesso. O que devo fazer?
