Could not reach Haier uHome account

Hello,

Haier uHome connection with Google Home app is not working again.
It must be the worst service ever. 
I don’t know if something can be done from Google’s side as it seems to be a Haier’s issue. But is not possible to get a response from them.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: what is the exact message that you are getting every time you control Haier home using your Google Home app? How about using your Nest speaker? Which Nest speaker? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using?

 

You can uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app and see if it will make a difference.

I have succesfully linked my Haier account; however, an error message appears right after that.

I’ve been trying from different phones but I get the same message.

Hi Nicolas,

 

That's exactly not the experience we want you to have and let's check this out and find the best solution. A few questions ― what Google Nest device do you have? You mentioned that this is happening right after successfully linking your Haier account to your Google Home app, right? Does that mean your Google Nest devices are working properly? If that's the case, click this link and see the guide for more information and troubleshooting. Don't forget to reboot your router, speakers and your phone. It might help.

 

Note: the partner themselves manages the URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app. Issues encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners are expected to support the integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.

Hello,
I've been trying to solve this issue. It is just so frustrating to keep getting this same problem over and over every month or so.
I did try from an Android phone but the message I get is "could not reach Haier uhome account. Try later"
So, I assume it is a problem with Haier's portal, but their customer service is impossible to reach.

what Google Nest device do you have? - Nest Wifi / Google Home / Home Mini
Does that mean your Google Nest devices are working properly? - Every connected device works perfectly but Haier AC (which used to work)
