Hi @Tca,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this with your Nest thermostat. Let's work together to get this fixed. To help me with that, I have a few questions:

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • What type of HVAC system do you have?
  • What type of furnace do you have? (gas, electric, etc.)
  • Does the thermostat screen indicate that it’s actively calling for heating?
  • When did the heating last work?
  • Are there any error messages or codes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting so far?

Please let me know the answers to these questions, and I'll be happy to help you further.

Sincerely,
Jonathan

Hi

Thanks for the information shared.

Just to be on the same page, could you please confirm whether you have a conventional or heat pump system? Also provide the following information:
On your thermostat, go to Settings > Technical info > Power, take a picture of the information displayed and send it to us. A picture of your wiring configuration would be really helpful.

Please let me know if you have any questions from here, as I'd be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Regards,
Jonathan
