Anyone else having trouble with the Nest Hello Camera video recordings not loading?
I can see the screenshot, but when I choose the option to view the video it won’t load, just spinning wheel.
I reset the camera and I updated the iOS on my phone, still doesn’t work.
not sure what it is I’m paying for…

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: do both of you have Nest aware subscriptions? If so, check if you are signed into the right account? Are you both able to see the camera’s live feed?
You can turn the camera off in the Nest app or Home app, wait about 30 seconds, and then the camera back on again. Then observe if you are able to view the recordings after.
